Vendor opportunities and requirements:

We have a strong following and large events. We have level parking and high foot traffic vendor row that gives attention to your products. We draw riders from New York, Canada, Southern tier and many surrounding states. Expose your business and products to all the folks with our average rider turnout is just under 500 riders and over 2000 spectators. Use our business to fuel yours!

Vendor Rules
****Must pay vendor fee Saturday before the event ****

– Must call ahead to secure vendor area

– Check parking map (new for 09?) on scoring board before setting up display

– No Dumping, or hook- ups

Vendor pricing
Class 1: Van/ 12ft trailer/ 10 ft Easy-up tent –
$60.00 per event

Class2: Fun-Mover/Motor home /Larger than 12? trailer ?Ball hitch? –
$100.00 per event

Class3: Gooseneck trailers, Tractor trailers –
$150.00 per event

*Each vendor receives 2 gate passes at a value of $20.00
